Discussed issues

• Phillip and Pinar's ECS accounts are not opened yet. They have faxed their forms, but got no responses till now. Simon has followed up this issue.
• Phillip pointed out the wildcard match capability in UDDI inquiry will be used in feta test cases. The wildcard match capability is not available in Grimoires yet.
